I have decided that funny orks are stupid…..they should not be funny they should be grimdark and savage.

  2. on the other hand, nick... says:

… Orks have always been humorous, and it’s only in the more recent fluff concepts of late that they’ve really tried to engrimdarken them. Seeing this older side of them is a good change, and works a lot better for a comic anyway.

  3. DRC says:

best webcomic i’ve seen in long, long time. keep it up please

  4. 5pointer says:

Orks were, are and always should be comical. They are the only contrast to endless grimdark.

  5. jay says:

@ 5pointer: What about the Tau? Their to happy go lucky yo be grim dark.

  6. kamikaze watermelon says:

Orks should be funny. They just should. Works much better.

Otherwise it’s all “blood and fire! Fire and blood! Joke? What’s a ‘joke’?”

    And that’s stupid.

If you really want everything to be grimdark, go paint your bedroom black, draw a Chaos symbol on your face, and stab yourself.

Or, like the rest of us intelligent people, enjoy funny orks.

Murphy’s Law states if you don’t want it to happen it happens.

This comic is awesome. Brings a wonderful comical side to the grim-dark that is WH40k. Keep it up!

  9. James Craig says:

More going live soon = +50% awesome sauce. I am looking forward to seeing how this arc ends

  10. Gearhead says:

I’ve always loved the dual nature of the orks: on the one hand, they’re bloodthirsty and really horrible when you think about them, and on the other hand, they’re downright hilarious.

This comic has been approved by the Holy Office of the Inquisition. Unsanctioned use will be punishable by summary execution.
