It’s no coincidence that we picked April has the “Deployment date” for Gone to Ground. In less than a month’s time, Games Workshop will be releasing the Imperial Guard codex for 5th Edition 40k! Rumours abound that this is going to be a treadhead’s dream come true, with loads of new tank options and the ability to take more tanks than ever!
I am seriously considering the idea of a Vostroyan Tank Company… sigh.
So what does all this mean for our faithful 401? We’ll have to wait and see, but Josh and I are already reworking a few ideas in anticipation of rules changes! And what’s more… we’re planning a double-sized issue for April 28th, the same week as the book’s release!

Just have to say, excelent first comic, I love it (as you can tell from my email i’m a bit of a treadhead (^^,))
I do have one observation though. Would it be possible to change the titles in your XML/Rss whatever to be prefixed with “News:” or Comic:” so we dont all get exctied when its just a news post? it would also let us distinguish between news and comic postings

Yes, they are….Heavy Support 1-3 of any combo of Leman Russ Tanks. Hydra Flak Tank battery 1-3. Ordnance Battery composition of 1-3 of any Basilisk, Medusa, Colossus, Griffen combo. They also have a Maniticore Rocket Launcher that looks pretty sweet.
I found the New Codex already leaked out on the interwebs. It will be fun again to be IG.
Yes, the codex did leak. It was quite interesting. I won’t spoil it for any of you though. (that would ruin the fun of you not knowing exactly what is in it) but the one thing i will say about it is- AMAZING
